The Counselling Place offers one to one counselling for anyone aged 14 and above.

Sessions last 50 minutes and usually take place weekly or fortnightly.

Introductory Session

Try a free 30 minute consultation, either face to face, on the telephone or online video, which will help you decide if the counsellor is a good match for you.

Face to Face Counselling

Face to face counselling is available in a private consultation room in Falkirk.

Remote Counselling

Online Video Counselling via Zoom is available for those who prefer to attend from the comfort of their own home.

Walking Therapy

If you find it awkward sitting opposite a counsellor or prefer to talk whilst moving, or if you just enjoy nature, then walk and talk therapy is also available.

We use this data to provide counselling services, maintain accurate records, and ensure legal compliance. Your submitted forms will be stored securely and accessible only to authorised personnel. If you do not proceed with counselling, your form submission will be deleted 30 days after receipt. If you complete counselling, your personal data will be anonymised, and any unnecessary information will be deleted 30 days after your sessions conclude.
