There are many reasons someone requires support and with so many options out there it can be hard to know what is right option for you. The Counselling Place offers a Free Introductory Session so you can find out more and decide what is the best way forward for you.

If you do not proceed with counselling, your form submission will be deleted 30 days after receipt. If you complete counselling, your personal data will be anonymised, and any unnecessary information will be deleted 30 days after your sessions conclude.
